The Planning Commission is a seven member board that acts as a recommending body for updates and modifications to the City's Comprehensive Plan, the North Augusta Development Code, the City's Official Zoning Map and proposed developments. The Planning Commission generally meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Due to the ongoing public health crisis, the Thursday, June 18^th meeting of the North Augusta Planning Commission will now be held virtually. The Planning Department will accept public comments until Noon on June 18^th via email at planning@northaugusta.net or voicemail at 803-441-4221. Comments will not be monitored during the meeting; however, the live stream may be viewed on the City of North Augusta Public Information Facebook page or YouTube channel.
