In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Interim Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 to consider the following application:
CU21-007– A request by Brett Brannon, Pensco Trust Co. for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an entertainment establishment on ±0.17 acres located at 336 Georgia Avenue, Tax Parcel Number 007-14-03-005, zoned D, Downtown and within the G, Georgia Avenue Overlay District.
