The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five member quasi-judicial board that hears appeals regarding administrative decisions, variances, and special exception uses.  The BZA generally meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Upcoming Meetings

Planning Commission Public Hearings

The North Augusta Planning Commission will hold two public hearings at its January 21 meeting.  The public hearings relate to two separate requests for property rezoning.  Click for a link to the public hearing notice.  The meeting agenda is available here.

The January 21st Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Center.  Please call 803-441-4221 for additional information or email the Planning and Development Department.
