Pavement repair for 2024 has been bid, and the contract to award will be voted on at the December 18th City Council Meeting.  The contract has a completion date of June 30, 2024. The contract includes full depth patching repair on the following roads:

The City has bid a streetscape project for Bluff Avenue, from Alta Vista Avenue, to West Avenue.  The project includes curb and gutter, a Greenway Extension, storm drainage, and road resurfacing.  A contract has been awarded to the low bidder on the project and construction is nearing completion.  Remaining work includes a some sidewalk that was blocked by utilities, signage, and crosswalk striping. The projects' planned completion date is December 22, 2023.

The City has entered a contract to repave various city alleyways.  The following alleyways have been repaved.  The City is evaluating remaining funds to install stop signs, pavement markings, and drainage improvements on these alleys.
