The North Augusta Department of Public Safety has partnered with Aiken County emergency services and we now offer access to city residents a notification service known as CodeRED.

CodeRED is a voluntary opt-in service where citizens, once enrolled, can receive emergency notifications initiated directly by their local police, fire, and emergency medical service provider.  Using CodeRED, we can easily deliver geo-targeted, time-sensitive information to any individual opting into the service, using voice, email, SMS text messages, IPAWS, and more.

We offer several documents with the goal of helping answer any questions you may have with the CodeRED service:
