The Finance and General Service Department, provides financial management, monitoring and oversight for the City's financial resources as well as manages the reporting function of these resources. The Department accomplishes its objectives by providing preparation, monitoring and oversight of the City's annual budget, purchasing and procurement, and financial reporting.  Additionally, this department is responsible for accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable, utility and tax billing and collection as well as customer service for utilities, taxes, and licensing.

It has recently come to our attention that a company known as Doxo, Inc., which is a third-party website not affiliated with the City of North Augusta, is using our logo, contact information and reputation to market its “for fee” online bill payment service to potential customers. Doxo.com may charge you additional fees for use of their service. The City of North Augusta has no knowledge of when payments made through Doxo.com will arrive in our office thus late payments from the customer or service interruption may occur due to non-payment.
