The City of North Augusta's Streets and Drains division is responsible for maintenance of approximately 130 miles of streets and over 65 miles of storm sewers.  Some of the daily functions include:

• Patching of potholes

• Curb and Gutter replacement

• Sidewalk replacement

• Maintenance of traffic signals

• Maintenance and installation of street signs

• Construction and upgrading the City's storm sewer system

• Cleaning of catch basins

• Storm pipe replacement and rehabilitation

• Ditch cleaning and regrading

• Storm inlet stabilization

• Repair of catch basin tops

• Upkeep of detention ponds
