Conditional Use Administrative Hearing
In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 10 AM on October 12, 2023 in the Planning and Development conference room located on the 2nd floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, to consider the following application:
CU23-008– A request by WTC CTR Two, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an automobile oil change center on ±0.91 acres located at 1839 Georgia Avenue, Tax Parcel Number 006-12-16-002, zoned GC, General Commercial and within the HC, Highway Corridor Overlay District.
Those interested in expressing a view on the request are encouraged to attend or submit comments. Comments will be collected via email at planning@northaugustasc.gov until 5 p.m. on October 11, 2023.
