Conditional Use Administrative Hearing

In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 10 AM on October 12, 2023 in the Planning and Development conference room located on the 2^nd floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, to consider the following application:

CU23-008– A request by WTC CTR Two, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an automobile oil change center on ±0.91 acres located at 1839 Georgia Avenue, Tax Parcel Number 006-12-16-002, zoned GC, General Commercial and within the HC, Highway Corridor Overlay District.

Those interested in expressing a view on the request are encouraged to attend or submit comments. Comments will be collected via email at planning@northaugustasc.gov until 5 p.m. on October 11, 2023.  Documents related to the application will be available at the Planning and Development Department, 2^nd floor, 100 Georgia Avenue, after October 6, 2023 or online at https://www.northaugustasc.gov/government/city-departments/planning-development
