Conditional Use Administrative Hearing

In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 10 AM on February 1, 2023 in the Planning and Development conference room located on the 2^nd floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, to consider the following application:

CU23-001– A request by Tara D. Winters for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a home daycare on ±0.34 acres located at 401 Jackson Ave., Tax Parcel Number 007-10-01-003, zoned R-7, Small Lot, Single-Family Residential.

Those interested in expressing a view on the request are encouraged to submit comments. Comments will be collected via email at planning@northaugusta.net until 5 p.m. on January 31, 2023.  Documents related to the application will be available at the Planning and Development Department, 2^nd floor, 100 Georgia Avenue, after January 27, 2023 or online at https://www.northaugustasc.gov/government/city-departments/planning-development
