Conditional Use Administrative Hearing
In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 10 AM on February 1, 2023 in the Planning and Development conference room located on the 2nd floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, to consider the following application:
CU23-001– A request by Tara D. Winters for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a home daycare on ±0.34 acres located at 401 Jackson Ave., Tax Parcel Number 007-10-01-003, zoned R-7, Small Lot, Single-Family Residential.
Those interested in expressing a view on the request are encouraged to submit comments. Comments will be collected via email at planning@northaugusta.net until 5 p.m. on January 31, 2023. Documents related to the application will be available at the Planning and Development Department, 2nd floor, 100 Georgia Avenue, after January 27, 2023 or online at https://www.northaugustasc.gov/government/city-departments/planning-development
