The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five member quasi-judicial board that hears appeals regarding administrative decisions, variances, and special exception uses.  The BZA generally meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m

Conditional Use Administrative Hearing


In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 10 AM on May 6, 2022 in the Planning and Development conference room located on the 2nd floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, to consider the following application:

CU22-005– A request by Edward Boland, MD for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a medical office on ±0.08 acres located at 300 West Ave., Tax Parcel Number 007-14-02-008, zoned D, Downtown Mixed Use.

Those interested in expressing a view on the request are encouraged to submit comments. Comments will be collected via email at planning@northaugusta.net until 5 p.m. on May 5, 2022. Documents related to the application will be available at the Planning and Development Department, 2nd floor, 100 Georgia Avenue, after April 29, 2022 or online at https://www.northaugusta.net/government/city-departments/planning-development
