CU22-001– A request by BB&W, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an insurance office on ±0.37 acres located at 501 W. Martintown Road, Tax Parcel Number 006-18-01-008, zoned NC, Neighborhood Commercial and within the HC, Highway Corridor Overlay District.
