The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five member quasi-judicial board that hears appeals regarding administrative decisions, variances, and special exception uses. The BZA generally meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Administrative Conditional Use Hearing

The Interim Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 2 p.m. on March 7, 2022 in the Planning and Development conference room located on the 2nd floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, to consider the following application:
CU22-001– A request by BB&W, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an insurance office on ±0.37 acres located at 501 W. Martintown Road, Tax Parcel Number 006-18-01-008, zoned NC, Neighborhood Commercial and within the HC, Highway Corridor Overlay District.
