The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five member quasi-judicial board that hears appeals regarding administrative decisions, variances, and special exception uses.  The BZA generally meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m

Conditional Use Administrative Hearing

In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2020 via virtual meeting to consider the following application:

CU20-003 – A request by Cornerstone Family Chiropractic for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a chiropractic practice located at 505-A West Martintown Road, Tax Parcel Number 006-17-05-004, in the Neighborhood Commercial/Highway Corridor Overlay District

The application and supporting documents are available for public inspection upon request. The Planning and Development Department may be contacted at planning@northaugusta.net or 803-441-4221 for more information. Citizens and property owners with an interest in this application are encouraged to attend and participate in this administrative hearing.

Please note that this will be a virtual meeting.
