PUBLIC NOTICE
Conditional Use Administrative Hearing
In accordance with §5.5.3.4 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Interim Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in the Department of Planning and Development conference room, 2nd floor, North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, South Carolina to consider the following application:
CU 18-001 – A request by Performance Plus Transmission, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an automotive service shop in the GC, General Commercial zoning district at 847 Edgefield Road, Tax Parcel Number 011-11-01-004.
The application and supporting documents are available for public inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 100 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, 803-441-4221. Citizens and property owners with an interest in this application may attend and participate in this administrative hearing.
