The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five member quasi-judicial board that hears appeals regarding administrative decisions, variances, and special exception uses.  The BZA generally meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m

Conditional Use Administrative Hearing

The Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in the Department of Planning and Development conference room, 2nd floor, North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta to consider the following application:

CU 16-004 – A request by Taylor McNaylor for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a dog daycare, boarding and grooming business in the GC, General Commercial District at 1803 Knox Avenue, Tax Parcel Number 006-16-08-010.

The application and supporting documents are available for public inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 100 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, 803-441-4221. Citizens and property owners with an interest in this application may attend and participate in this administrative hearing.
