The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five member quasi-judicial board that hears appeals regarding administrative decisions, variances, and special exception uses.  The BZA generally meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting Cancelled

The March 3rd regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals has been cancelled.  There are no appeals to be heard at this time.  The next regular meeting of the Board is Thursday, April 14.  Please contact the Planning and Development Department at 803-441-4221 with questions or for more information.
